No therapist-client relationship from this website
Using this website, including submitting a contact form or a consultation-request form, does not by itself establish a therapist-client relationship with Jason Blevins or Resolution Therapies, LLC. That relationship begins only once intake paperwork is completed and a first session is scheduled and held.
Not for emergencies

Resolution Therapies, LLC provides telehealth therapy to clients physically located in Oregon at the time of each session, consistent with state licensure requirements for professional counseling.
