What this policy covers
This policy covers information collected through this website (resolutiontherapies.com) — contact forms, the consultation-request form, and general site analytics. It does not cover clinical records created once you become a client of Resolution Therapies, LLC, which are governed separately by HIPAA and the intake paperwork you complete directly with Jason Blevins.

When you submit the contact form, pricing inquiry form, or consultation-request form, the information you provide (such as your name, email, phone number, insurance, and anything you write in a message field) is sent directly to a confidential email inbox. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry or request, and is not sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes.
Cal.com scheduling
If you book a consultation time through the embedded scheduling calendar, that booking is processed by Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service. Please refer to Cal.com's own privacy policy for details on how it handles booking information.
Cookies & analytics
This site may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand overall traffic patterns (such as which pages are visited). No information collected through analytics is used to individually identify you.
